It depends on a lot of different factors. For example, we take into account the size of the property we are surveying and what type of surveying work you need us to perform. How long does it take to get a survey completed?

Most surveys can be completed and drawn within 7 business days. For an additional fee, we can have the survey rushed to you within 24 hours. Surveys may not be released without payment in full.

 

What type of survey do I need to get a building permit?

You will need to submit a  site plan survey ito the city or county to secure a building permit. As long as your proposed house or addition meets with the zoning code, we guarantee that our plan will get you a permit, or we will complete the revision at no additional charge to you. This way, the burden is on us to get it right on the first submission.

 

What do I need to give my mortgage company so they can determine if I need flood insurance?

To determine whether flood insurance is required, you will need to submit a  FEMA flood elevation certificate  to your mortgage company. This federal document is the final word in determining whether your property is in a flood hazard area.
